Intended Audience

FaceX is a social networking platform designed for adult users. Our platform is not intended for children, and we encourage parents and guardians to monitor the online activity of minors.

Data Collection

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete the information and prevent further access to our platform.

Reporting and Contact Information

If you believe that a child is using FaceX or have concerns regarding CSAE, please contact us immediately at support at facex dot now or use our in-app report system. We will promptly investigate and take appropriate actions to address any concerns.

Prevention of CSAE

We take proactive measures to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:

  • Our moderation team continuously monitors the platform to identify and block harmful content.
  • We have implemented reporting systems that allow users to easily report any inappropriate content or behavior.
  • Any reported content or user activity suspected of CSAE is investigated, and appropriate actions are taken, including removal of content and account suspension.

Promoting Safe Online Behavior

At FaceX, we promote a culture of safe and responsible online behavior among all users. While we do not currently provide in-app educational materials, we encourage our users to stay informed about online safety practices from trusted external sources. Users are also urged to report any suspicious activity or content related to CSAE using our reporting tools.
